Using current imaging technology, get measurements of the cartilage space in the joint. Then with a 3 D printer, print the replacement cartilage our of ultrahigh molecular polyethylene (or similar wear resistant polymer). After printing the replacement cartilage, insert it in the joint and fuse to the bone with laser.
Problem Statement:
Present methods of root canal (ENDODONTIC) treatment involves the use of drill bit to drill the teeth and broaches (files) to clean the decayed pulp. Many dental studies reveals the fact that the broaching drill bit breaks and settles inside the teeth during the operation.
Commonly people want to have a vehicle which will give good gas mileage as well as have a good design. But nowadays the trend has changed as people wants to have a compact,convertible design vehicle which also has to give a good mileage as equivalent as bike depending on load that is when only one person is there in vehicle with no passengers.
To improve the efficiency of internal combustion (IC) engines, an innovative Steam Assisted Co-cycle IC engine is invented. The working principle and prototype development of this new engine are introduced in the following.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The working cycle of the steam assisted co-cycle IC engine is formed by one former cylinder and one later cylinder.
This is a different approach to a bird scarer.
When the batteries hold enough charge (not a full charge) the energy supplied by the small but efficient solar panel, is fed to a low power, high torque planetary geared motor.
The design relates to a novel dual modality system for performing thermal keratoplasty and in-vivo ocular A- scan ultrasonography using high frequency focused ultrasound for the treatment of presbiopic astigmatism and hyperopia by changing the shape of the human cornea.
