This Floating Water Craft Device is Made Possible by the use of 2 Liter Bottles, Inflated to 40 psi and 12 on Each Side, Solidly Mounted on Each Side of 9 Foot Surf Board to help the Floatation Buoyancy and Balance Even on Moderate Waves.

It is Powered by a New and Unique Design of a Front Sail, Construction for a Pedal Power & Design Can be Attached for a Two Way Power System.

This Design has an Education Intent on how High and Good Quality Recycled Items and Materials can be put to Excellent use to Build and Design whatever, Kids, Students and Adults Alike can Dream and Think of.
