Nearly 300,000 Americans have sustained some form of spinal cord injury (SCI), and effective therapies to promote recovery of neural function are lacking. Our vision is to create an off-the-shelf spinal cord implant to replace the injured tissue.
We used the natural spinal cord architecture as a template to design a scaffold that mimics the intact cord.

I intend to make the production of electrical energy cheaper and less polluting. My invention is a heat pipe engine. A heat pipe has two ends, a wick and a channel for the vapor to flow between the two ends shown in figure 1. A high concentration liquid saturates the wick at one end.

This system uses Machine Learning to classify bank notes. Trained on self-taken images of up to 7,000 taken under different various conditions of the environment and money conditions such as wet, crunched and dirty notes. it currently has only been trained and tested on Malawian bank notes.
