HuPoTest was discovered incidentally and developed for over 50 years by testing face to face more than 1000 persons under test (PUT). In fact, it is the calibration of the PUT mental timer by using a standard stopwatch and original operating procedure.
Background and Motivation
The conceptual manufacturing process of Hybrid Single Shot (HSS) has been developed by Clemson Composite Center to enable production of customized hybrid structures in one single operation. The metal-polymer sandwich structures provide superior properties such as high bending inertia, sound and heat insulation,
GoldDrive:
“GoldDrive” is an infinitely variable, bi-directional drive consisting of hydraulic fixed displacement pumps and motors. As a matter of fact “GoldDrive” is the hydraulic equivalent of the mechanical differential. The idea behind the development of “GoldDrive” is to overcome the limitation of starting torque.
NASA Langley Research Center has developed a novel fine interpolation technique that is useful in signal processing for applications in lidar, sonar, radar and similar modalities. The interpolation technique uses repeating waveforms, Fourier transform reordering, and Richardson-Lucy deconvolution to obtain faster and more accurate results.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations have been performed over a blunt cone configuration with and without lateral sonic jet injected into hypersonic laminar flow at Mach 8.1. The comparison of pressure ratio indicates good match with the experimental results for no jet case.
Today, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) devices can be used to deliver a shock to victims of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) to restore normal rhythm to the heart. The current art has evolved over the years but AEDs are still unconnected stationary devices. Tomorrow,
A low cost IFR training aid that simulates IFR conditions during pilot training. Can be installed on any commercial IFR training aircraft. Can be easily removed from the aircraft. Does not require any modifications to the aircraft.
The need for a friendly chemical solution for in-can preservatives.
Water based paints, polymers, resins, inks, adhesives and cosmetics will spoil if left untreated.
The addition of anti-microbial formulae, acting as "in-can preservatives" will stop product spoilage prior to use.
