This self powered generator is based on the energy cycle from electrical to mechanical and back to electrical. This generator will use a brushless motor, esc, capacitor battery, li-ion battery, arduino and 240v 2kva alternator.
Here is how all it works: the brushless motor is powered by a 36 volt li-ion battery and an electronic speed controller (esc). The motor runs on about 5,000 rpm and 3,000 on drag. The brushless motor drivers the ac motor generating power in two forms, dc and ac. The dc winding will be set to 40v output in order to power the brushless motor. On the dc output the power will be rectified and passed through a capacitor battery to power the brushless motor and also to stop the voltage infrequence from the ac motor to the same with brushless motor speed infrequence; eg, you connect two dc motor wires together + to + , - to - is you turn one of the motors by hand lets say three cycles the second motor will also turn three cycles so if you rectify the voltage it will make the motor turn less or more than the first motor.
The control system controls the input voltage both ac and the dc including the load on the power grid. The LCD shows the voltage, battery % and run time. There are buttons which set the run time and voltage the user needs. In the control system an automatic switch is also there to change voltage from the li-ion battery to capacitor batteries then start charging the li-ion batteries for the next use. The arduino board will be used as the computer for the control system including checking the temperature of the brushless motor.
