How to rotate the wind turbine by using carry bags instead of blades?

We know the important of wind energy. I would like everyone to carry out this experiment. So I have used easily available items (carry bags pasted over the rotating part).

These bags catch the wind and rotate the wind turbine. It’s possible to increase the speed /torque by increasing the number of bags/size/layers.

Advantage:
• Using bags to rotate the wind turbine is not obvious.
• We can able to see clearly, how carry bags catch the wind and it’s fully utilized.
• Carry bag flexible in shape and size and also very less weight as compared with blades. It will be compact and less cost.
• bags able to catch the low wind speed to high wind speed.
• Properly designed carry bags can able to get more wind energy.
• Got this idea from umbrella, parachute and kite.
