PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
NoireNaturals LLC is a completely all-natural line of hair care products, designed to cater to the unique needs of kinky, curly, and wavy hair. The goal of this product line is to help ease the anxiety and challenges that come along with maintaining textured hair types, using high-quality materials.

PROBLEM:
As of late, kinky and curly hair can be seen almost everywhere; along with this new wave of natural hair also comes the challenge of learning how to maintain it. Consumers are more informed about product ingredients, and are requesting them to be all-natural and certified organic… Corporations are becoming equally as clever with ways to mislead them, making it difficult to find a legitimately “all-natural” product, especially at a reasonable price – these are two problems that we aim to solve.

SOLUTION:
Each of our products are free of parabens, sulfates, alcohols, mineral oil, artificial coloring, and silicones; they also contain a non-abrasive preservative and USDA certified organic ingredients. Below is a list of our three products, along with a brief description:

Oh Là Là Hair Cleansing Elixir: A gentle olive oil-based cleanser, free of sulfates and filled with powerful purifiers and moisturizers for a cleansing experience like no other.

C'est Mangnifique Rinse-or-Remain Conditioner: A silicone-free conditioner, packed with all of the oils and butters that your hair and scalp crave.

J'adore Curl-Defining Jelly: No flakes or crunch—just shiny, defined curls.

CONSUMER RESPONSE:
After celebrating one and a half years in business, my company and I have been featured in The Charlotte Observer, Fox Charlotte, and Power 98. Nationally, we have been featured in Seventeen Magazine, where 13 million subscribers were exposed to our brand; we were also featured on the nationally-syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show and other publications, such as Lucky Magazine and The News and Observer. We have received wholesale inquiries from salons all across the country, and orders from countries around the world (such as Turkey, France, the UK, and Italy).

In January of 2013, we secured a manufacturing agreement with Dudley Manufacturing, who is contracted under a Non-disclosure Agreement. In addition to manufacturing, we have contracted a storage and fulfillment center in Raleigh, North Carolina (Guardian Fulfillment Solutions).
