As a subsidiary of the global Panacol/Honle organization, we supply UV adhesives and coatings, epoxies, conductive adhesives, and cyanoacrylates. To complement the curable adhesives and coatings, Panacol-USA also supplies high-power, broad-spectrum UV and monochromatic LED curing systems made by Hoenle, that are suitable for manual workstations or high-volume automated processes. Our territory-based sales team provides product information and technical support throughout the US and Canada. Our highly experienced Applications Engineering personnel and fully equipped testing laboratory is located at our facility in Connecticut. We routinely perform bonding and curing studies for our customers that lead to complete process solutions. These solutions often include the surface treatment of components, adhesive/coating recommendations, choosing repeatable dispensing methods, selection of curing equipment for maximum productivity, and incorporating measurement devices for reliable and sustainable process control. Adhesives for Flexible Circuits
As component and device profiles are being downsized to reduce space and weight, electronic circuits must be able to fit and function in smaller footprints. Flexible circuits are ideal for these reduced spaces. To overcome the challenges of bonding and coating on flexible material used for flex circuit assembly, Panacol has developed a group of flexible adhesives for various bonding and coating functions on electronic components.
