Inspired by: The inspiration can from a drone design I worked on, the project was scrapped do to it not being practical. It was an autonomous drone delivery system for delivery of emergency goods to remote locations. The system was to use a mesh network of landing stations where the battery pack would be swapped out. The network would decide the best route based on battery charge availability. Solar power was used to charge the battery packs.
