Police support robots are critical life saving tools for officers in the field. Unfortunately, the high cost of such devices prevents many security forces from obtaining them. In addition, police officers typically don’t have the expertise to repair broken robots, and the turn-around time for repairs at the manufacturer can take months.
E-Path is a concept to facilitate electrification of the North American rail network while providing the right of way for the electrical transmission infrastructure needed to access the large amount of wind energy in the center of the continent.
The context of use of my design is self balanced servicing tray. The problem that my design solves is the spilling or dropping the plates, cups or any other dishes served. My design provides a safe, spill proof, accident proof servicing experience. It is not just a servicing tray but it is an aesthetic,
Compared to copper, per unit weight, sodium has three times the conductivity, seven times the impulse tolerance, but half the cost. Sodium’s explosive chemical reactivity, low tensile strength, and low melting point have heretofore prevented widespread use. However, my patented designs overcome these problems to create practical sodium wire that is lighter, cheaper, cleaner and safer than copper.
Erratic volume is a basic annoyance of television viewing. From commercials increasing in volume to loud scenes in movies, there are times when you need to dive for the volume control. There are several strategies of automatically reducing volume for sudden increases, however,
PURPOSE:
(1) To determine the optimum corneal incision that provides the best sealing abilities with minimum induced astigmatism.
(2) To compare the engineering analysis of the MultiKeratome, a keratome that is curved or arched with multiple points, for a diamond blade with that of a stainless steel blade.
METHODS:
(1) An engineering analysis is performed.
It has been shown that "plug-in" recharging of electric vehicles is likely to be a relatively short lived method transferring energy from a charging base station to the vehicle (See Reference). A much better solution is to use Inductive Coupling to recharge the vehicle each time that it parks.
In the present world the cost of production of powered wheelchairs is so high that people never afford to buy those wheelchairs especially in the under developed countries. So, we have come up with this economical powered multipurpose wheel chair named as Automated Wheelchair. The basic idea of this automated wheelchair is to serve people with multiple disabilities i.e.
Classical machining operations largely fall into the "subtractive manufacturing" category - operations that remove material from a solid billet to form the desired part. In recent decades, however, new forms of "additive manufacturing" have become available. In these cases, a CNC machine is used to add material to the workpiece to build up the desired features on the part.
ABSTRACT
This proposal concerns a chair pad, which monitors the body posture of the sitting user and alarms the user upon detection of incorrect body position or after prolonged sitting. The said chair pad is equipped with pressure sensors in order to measure the forces on back-pad and seat-pad. These sensors communicate with a computer in which,
