Carp have escaped from fish farms and threaten fresh water ecologies. The rapidly growing and reproducing fish are pushing out native species in the Mississippi and Missouri rivers and are threatening the Great Lakes. Traditional methods have failed to hold the expansion of carp populations.

Most tow trucks now being manufactured include means of lifting and towing vehicles by engaging the tires, axle, or suspension of the towed vehicle, lifting and securing the towed vehicle to these means before transporting the towed vehicle from the load site. These means are called wheel lifts or underlifts.
Solar powered cars have been limited to lightweight, impractical, demonstration vehicles due to the low power attainable from solar power mounted on the vehicle. This proposal is intended to achieve high enough power to make a safe, practical solar powered electric car.

Problem:
Counterfeit ICs used in critical systems are a threat to safety and security. It is difficult to identify counterfeit ICs quickly or accurately.
Solution:
Using NDT Ultrasonic Resonance Testing methods, characteristic ultrasonic spectra signatures would be made of known 'good' ICs, and a go/no-go criteria range would be developed by testing a number of 'good' parts.
