The Distributed Power Monitoring System consists of 2 components:
1. A base station (usb memory stick form factor).
The base station receives periodic reports (configurable) from
field units via low-power radio (Zigbee or similar next-gen product)
It also includes software to process the data, and hosts a
Challenge:
If ethanol and other bio-fuel production is necessary plus, it can be made economically viable, then is switchgrass a better choice than corn.
Yearly we watch helplessly as the Missouri, Mississippi and Ohio River valleys and their tributaries display the enormous power of water by flooding…destroying lives and property. We, as taxpayers, spend millions and billions of dollars every year doing clean up and rebuilding to see a reoccurrences in following years.
Evolutive Software Design Paradigm (ESDP) is a paradigm of software creation backed up by the Artificial Intelligence field. What is it about this idea? It is simple, software that is capable to learn with user's experience using it ("learn" as in enhancing functions by itself, or even create new ones).
Our project “SMART ELECTRICITY BILLING SYSTEM” is a humble attempt to eliminate the waste of time in taking meter reading and also to reduce human efforts.
The present system of billing for electricity includes a tedious job of taking the reading from the meter of each consumer.
This product that is being developed right now is for improving radio communication in a cheap and effective way. Since I have started dabbling in telecommunication I have noticed that equipment can get very expensive.
The Variable Volume Reservoir (VVR) was designed around the common aerospace Bootstrap reservoir used on aircraft. The VVR design is much simpler in design and cost effective. It was designed to target the industrial hydraulic machinery sector (mobile and stationary).
This house functions as a power station for energy efficiency and proposes a concept of sustainable development.
On the roof there are windmills and solar panels that supply the home during the day and night.

The threat of an electromagnetic pulse attack is very real. The United States’ posture and readiness with regards to such an attack could best be described as passive and reactive. An attack of this nature would compromise the infrastructure and severely cripple the nation. Such an attack could cause vast destruction to the nation’s security and defenses,
This gas turbine engine design offers an ingenious solution to the pending energy crisis. It offers an alternative energy solution that emits no greenhouse gas, while balancing the greenhouse effect itself, as the by-product of this engine is very cold air.
The concept is a gas turbine engine that is fueled by air.
