New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA) was flooded due to a breach in the levee.
Small gaps in such a levee can easily be filled with sandbags if enough of them are around and there are enough people to fill and place the bags.
The AVHIRAL 2.11 is composed of a computer system hardware, containing a protected memory, and a network firewall.

Automatic gear change for bicycle. Rotation sensor (magnetic or optical, counts teeth) on chain ring. Optimum pedal speed = 90 r.p.m. tired/fresh, athlete/slob, makes no difference. This concept is a design to eliminate the low pressure area to the rear of a semi traileer van. The purpose is to reduce the drag created when the vehicle is in motion causing a reduction in fuel economy.
