Rotor drone uses aero foil types rotor blades. With deep study on rotor drone and aero foils blades found that drag forces acts on the aero foils. So that fly times very low. So inspired a rotor drone new rotor mechanism by coil wrapped magnetic attraction by simple with relay switch. Fluttering was able to make. With power supply able to flutter.

This mehanism works by simple revelote joint. The Dow tail was fixed to a flat plate by hinge. Also the coil wrapped bolt fixed to plate. Magnet was fixed to dowtail. Power supplied by battery. Novelty of the mehanism as aero dynamic wind drag consumes power. To make highly efficient required to reduce drag forces. So energy efficiency depend on axologcal dimension and flow conditions. This proves need of angle of attack to situational. Also by analysis it is clear that drag is propotinal to air speed. If speed tend to zero then drag tend to zero. So obviously ths justified speed of wings should be reduced. Also angel of attack. So this mechanism justified all such. Another reason to fluttering uses climbing sequences.

To produce it required magnet and coil and Dow tail shaped wings. By using simple relay type arrangements it can powered. Applications are aero planes, UAV or underwater trans motions.
