This system is designed to improve the safety and efficiency of administering IV fluids to patients through automatic and real-time monitoring based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This smart infusion system is equipped with sensors to monitor the volume of IV fluids and changes in light intensity on IV drips, which aims to detect potential blockages or flow disturbances as early as possible.

Data obtained from the sensors will be processed by a microcontroller and sent to a cloud-based platform or monitoring application via a WiFi connection. Thus, medical personnel can monitor IV conditions remotely, receive notifications if there is a flow discrepancy, and take quick action to prevent more serious medical risks.

This system also allows for the setting of threshold parameters that can be adjusted according to medical needs, as well as storing data history for analysis or reporting purposes.
