PigPug Health is an AI-powered neurofeedback platform designed to help children with ADHD and autism manage symptoms naturally—without relying solely on medications.

At the heart of PigPug is a wireless EEG headset paired with gamified neurofeedback software and a cloud-based platform that connects children, parents, and therapists. The child plays attention-enhancing video games while wearing the headset, which monitors brain activity in real time. Our proprietary AI dynamically adjusts the game based on EEG patterns, reinforcing focus and self-regulation—essential cognitive functions often impaired in neurodevelopmental conditions.

Our business model is B2B2C: we sell devices and software licenses to neurofeedback clinics, who then offer sessions to families. Each clinic purchases a starter kit (hardware and onboarding) and pays a monthly software subscription based on active users. This allows us to scale efficiently while also supporting therapists as they digitize and scale their care.

PigPug is uniquely positioned at the intersection of neurotechnology, AI, and pediatric mental health. The need is massive: over 8 million children in the U.S. alone live with ADHD and/or autism. Families spend thousands per year on therapy—often out-of-pocket—and are looking for alternatives to stimulant medications. Meanwhile, providers struggle to meet growing demand for care.
