The "Rescue Hopper 911" is a VTOL thrust vectoring aircraft used for search and rescue missions. The Rescue Hopper is uniquely safe and low noise with an enclosed propeller system.

Helicopters and other multi rotor aircraft have dangerously exposed propellers that can cause a blade strike which can lead to a hard landing.

The Rescue Hopper auto de-ices when the aircraft is started so it can fly in extreme weather conditions where most aircraft would be grounded do to icing conditions.

The downwash from the Hopper 911 is directed out to the sides of the aircraft leaving the front and rear of the aircraft easily accessible with minimal downwash form the enclosed ducted fan.

When an "emergency dispatcher" gets a call the Rescue Hopper 911 can rapidly get to the location of an accident. Ground ambulances have to weave through the backup traffic to get to the accident location. The Rescue Hopper with no exterior propellers can land close to the accident sight even in remote locations where ground vehicles can not access.

Natural disasters damage roads and bridges leaving no way to help people that may need help. The Rescue Hopper is designed to land on water or land for all rescue missions. The Rescue Hopper can be used to help evacuate people from flooding areas.

The Rescue Hopper can be used to help fight wildfires with autonomous swarm of Rescue Hoppers that work as a group to extinguish fires. The new autonomous technology does not put a pilot at risk. The aircraft can be flown remotely or autonomously using AI with thermal imaging showing the drone where the hot spots are.
