In traditional aviation maintenance, all composite damage components have to be removed from the aircraft and sent to a controlled environment to perform the repair. This causes time and money to be lost. Even for a very minor damage, the component still has to be removed from the aircraft and repaired under a controlled environment. So, most of the time composite components cause a delay. As time goes on most new aircraft have numerous components made with composite material. That is the biggest reason that caused me to develop a tooling that onsite can perform composite repair instead of removing from the aircraft which can be save lot of time and time is money.

Our Portable Clean Room consists of a shell with UV resistant,4 suction cups to whole the whole equipment, sufficient pressure seal to isolate the shell from ambient, particle counter to measure the particle inside shell, numerous of sensor to detect the condition inside shell, air conditioner to control the temperature inside shell. So, add all equipment together then become Portable Clean Room and just place shell onto damage component at aircraft to simulate a controlled environment as shop condition especially for those newly aircraft, quite numerous of component can't remove from aircraft e.g. fuselage and wing Further our Portable clean room met OEM standard SAE AIR7522.
