When more and more battery electric commercial vehicles are out on the road, the problem will increase to find an available charging station. It only takes some minutes to re-fuel a diesel vehicle while charging of a battery electric vehicle can take one hour. The working time for the driver must be used to transport goods and not by finding an available charger.

A way to improve the situation for the driver would be if he could reserve a charging station, so it is available for him during e.g. his lunch break. That charging station would be locked/unavailable for other vehicles.

It should also be possible to "release" the charging station if the vehicle is delayed.
