The device rotates perpetually under condition of active balance with mounting frame HMFF perfectly perpendicular to the direction of gravity and HMFF is fitted to free straight ends of 4 tubes with other ends welded on the border of PS1 to prevent imbalance on movement of the persons and PS1 is welded over HMF which connect to CL with freedom of up and down movement and CL has central axle rotably fitted on universal joint on plates on two sides of cx at the middle of plate bx and VPF which may be a geared bicycle rests straight and upwards on an inclined circular banked road and tends to fall and rest sidewards on frame of PC1 and connects to rod XB above on pc1 via holes at the end of rods DC1 and DC2 which remain in a slightly slanting position towards VFP at rest and can rotate up and down but not sidewards with inclined surface IVPF on the undersurface of HMFF facing downwards and backwards resting on straight greased rods SPL on the frame of VPF and as VPF moves DC1 and DC2 can straighten slightly storing elastic energy as it tends to push HMFF forwards and upwards actively and rest of movement is transferred to cabin pc1 with double cone wheels that tends to slide on inclined v-shaped tracts with sliding prevented by a support perfectly perpendicular to the direction of force so that due to net force of the rotary motion the double cone wheels tend to be in a state of relative inertial motion in a curved path with increased proportion of weight of body not supported even at rest as described in Indian patent application 202333030498.

With increased speed of the merry go round the passengers in cabin 2 tends to fall away from the axis of rotation with the force transmitted by double cone wheels to inclined v-shaped tracts with the sliding prevented by support at right angles to the direction of force and the force is transmitted via VF1IVTDCW in series with side c inclined as in figure 2 and at the end to VFIVTDCW2 making connection to HMFF with freedom of side to side movement. Due to centrifugal force from machine motion the force tends to slide down via double cone wheels on inclined v-shaped tracts with the loss in time due to motion in free space conserved and the passengers in pc2 feels like falling towards side A with part of it's weight not supported even at the position of rest with momentum of particles perpendicular to surface A delayed or reversed to create an antiageing effect.

Passengers in cabin 3 with tube B parallel to incline tends to move in a curved path but in a straight line relative to an external observer with whole of it's momentum supported so that relative frequency of energy signal reaching the inertial frame of the cabin is increased with actual frequency remaining unchanged analogous to magnified vision by a lens.
