Did you know that coffee cultivation is one of the main causes of water pollution? Today, I present you an innovative solution to this problem.

On the other hand, in an application to sectors such as restaurants in the use of food waste using for biogas generation. And even, on a macro scale, an alternative use of the waste of a city (landfill) to build a biogas plant that makes use of this product. In mechanical terms, the machine uses a crushing system composed of blades and ring with sharp ends that disintegrates organic waste. For this, it has two tubular inlets, a solid and a liquid pipeline. Once the tank has the proportion, the crushing and homogenization process begins. Then, the resulting product (substrate) exits through a pipeline outlet that connects to biodigester inlet. The machine’s operation is carried out through a three-phase direct stater. Hence, the product’s manufacture is given by metal-mechanical processes, taking into account the production volume of organic waste in its place of application.

As for its scalable feature, a variable dependent on production parameter of organic waste generated, which can make the production cost vary, making it a versatile product compared to others in the market. As a result of its previously designed crushing capacity, it can be used on farms, restaurant chains and biodigesters plants. Currently, there is not similar product on the market that specifically provides such a solution for the anaerobic digestion process for biogas generation with organic waste. Therefore, the renewable energy industry specialized in biogas generation through the use of biodigesters is of great interest for the use of this product.
