SOLAR SHIELD CONCEPT

A swarm of drone devices are places in orbit between the plane and sun. 1 km reflective shield array of sufficient size and numbers to make the desired impact on the amount of warming radiation reaching the planet’s surface. The swarm is computer controlled, solar powered and in synchronous orbit with the planet located between the sun and the planet's equator.

This can be arranged to increase the amount of radiation reaching the atmosphere by reflecting it downwards rather than away. To terraform Mars this may be conceivable.

The Earth array is intended to block out solar radiation and serve to cool the planet on demand. Similar to terraforming concepts, this concept can be deployed with present day resources in a short time period.
