The building roads and renewing & renovation of old roads, however, what a vexing and disturbing thing it is that almost everyone has experienced. The EEMs with encoding and relating sensor system is a powerful smart transportation system since it is also a national, regional, and local all-around traffic data gathering and collection system, in which almost all the live road traffic information will be fed directly to the central control system in the locality, region and nationwide, etc. A prestress EEMs, which has calculated level of intensity and pressure to use for repairing the cracks and potholes, and small chunks of pavement in the roads. The loads and pressures against the ground where has the cracks and potholes and small chunks of pavement will be zero in the prestress EEMs. Enough sensors have a powerful warning function to avoid collisions with pedestrians and wildlife on the roads. A novel self-luminous EEM smart road system can completely prevent drivers from turning on the annoying and dangerous high beams, etc.
