Replaceable Valve Assembly (For IC Engines)

The RVA series of valves were designed to permit the repair of failed valves without the need to remove the cylinder head of the engine. In all curent engine designs the failure of a valve requires access to both the outer and inner portion of the cylinder in which the valve has failed; this is currently true regardless if the engine is small or large, land sea or air operational (including under sea), and redardless what kind of fuel it uses. The repair generally requires the removal of the carburetor or fuel injection system, the removal of the intake manifold, the removal of the exhaust manifold, the removal of the ignition wiring and rocker box cover, the removal of the rocker arm assembly and then the removal of the cylinder head itself. this is true regardless of thesize, kind or type of engine. After the repair is made the process is reversed and the repair is complete.

When using the RVA valve assemblies the process goes like this; removal of the ignition wireing and rocker box cover, removal of the rocker arm assembly and then the replacement of the bad valve plus the reverse process. Three days labor becomes three hours and a $3000.00 job becomes three hours or less and $300.00. The RVA valves are patented and can be designed for any engine type (over-head or flat-head) and any size engine. There are both uncooled and coolent cooled styles for low and high temperature conditions. The coolent cooled valves contain built in coolent pumps to force coolent through the valve with every opening of the valve asure movement of the coolent through the valve. The result is the elimination of "burned" valves.
