FIGURE 1 illustrates how co-generation is added to Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) vehicle 1 before ICE intake manifold 3 at air path co-generator 2 and exhaust port 6 at exhaust gas path co-generator 7 through ICE vehicle 1 for charging batteries (capacitors or decomposed gasses) 9 required in electric vehicle (e.g. hydrogen engine) 10 digitally notified by digital system 8 connected to all ICE vehicles 1 willing to exchange batteries 9 between Electric Vehicles (EV). New co-generation of energy is provided by adding a relative air generator 2, exhaust generator 7, an optional thermal electric generator 5, and a controller circuit 4 to integrate electric power generation from several sources, even standard auto generators (solar, wind, and brake generators, battery-trailer with wheel-generators without a limit to type of co-generator), into battery (batteries) 9 and exiting an ICE can be integrated into a co-generation of electricity for battery charging for immediate exchange with an EV by wireless smartphone type communicating of where to exchange charged batteries with used batteries.

Artificial Intelligence (AI), more accurately Machine Learning, will record battery power levels in EVs and compare with Battery Power (BP) levels being charged by ICE co-generation to provide an exchange time and address location between EVs requiring charged batteries and ICE vehicles with charged batteries. In addition, a robot in motion can exchange charged batteries with discharged consumed batteries between EV and ICE vehicles without human activity digitally recording the transaction for financial income transactions.

Random purchases system is taught that provides a list of items traveling or stationary in a localization (parking lot, storefront, or any air, sea, or land location) linking the purchaser relative to products location. Batteries are focused on but are just part of a new mobility system that coordinates a mobile person, robot, and/or autonomous vehicles, including drones, railroad, transport trucks, cargo ships, and ships.

Bicycle tires can also become wind power blades by adapting spokes with wind blades capturing relative wind as it aerodynamically passes over the automobile body in motion through relative wind, also charging batteries.

FIG 3 illustrates an automobile 21 with wheels 24 that when rotated generate electricity or function connected to a motor to drive the vehicle (Trucks, cars, semi-trucks, and trailers with batteries charging from trailer tires rotating on a road or any terrestrial surface. Tow bar 20 can pull the vehicle with another vehicle to connect a set of vehicles together to be forced around in a cycle by wind sail 26 mounted to vehicle 21. Just a trailer with electric generating wheel systems pulled by any vehicle can generate electricity for charging batteries applied in electric vehicle or other operations. A wheel turning is the electric generator as an option for supplying electricity.

Charging drones mounted to an automobile is important for delivery applications, where the drone’s propulsion system is spinning charging the drone, but again, this invention teaches the extra electric energy, after the drone batteries are charged can be redirected by controller 4 to charge batteries 9.
