This concept produces electricity by the wind. We need a round column that is 240 ft high and 4 ft diameter. On the top of column we have around frame, that is 200 ft diameter and 314 curbs blade fan, to attach to the top and bottom of the column spindle. At the bottom there is a spindle gear, that connect to the Generator. For safety, we have 4 columns 220 ft long, that intersects with each other. In the center we attach to the column to make it stables. This Global fan can connect the wind anyway, so that you can put it any where. It does not have to follow the Wind direction. Below the Global fan, we build a building, that is half square mile 40 ft high, and around building we have 12 doors to control the temperature. In case the weather doesn't have a Wind. The temperature in and out side building will be different. It will create the wind make the fan turning. This global fan is stronger and more convenient than the other kinds to make electricity.
