Light Circulation Experiment

This project is about doing an experiment on circulation of light. It is known that mirrors can reflect light and there is a device called the periscope used for this purpose. The mirrors of a periscope are fixed 45 degrees to reflect light. What if we place four mirrors at an angle of 45 degrees as seen in the picture and shine a light on one end as seen in the figure. Assuming that the media is ideal and the mirror can reflect 100 percent and if we move the light source away from the mirror faster than the speed of light, does the light rays keep circulating? This project is only some part of the project I am developing but it is critical I know the answer to it and I need a simulation test or actual test to proceed to the black hole experiment.
