Automobile plays an important role not only in transportation of goods and passengers but also in development of countries. As per the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturer (SIAM), the total number of vehicles manufactured in India of all types is around 23,960,940 till April-March 2016 having a marginal growth of 2.58%. At the same time domestic sales increased by 55.11% and overall automobile exports grew by 1.91%. As India is stepping form developing country to developed country and moving towards smart cities, it should include safety for human being at its major priority. India is a signatory to Brasilia Declaration and is committed to reduce the number of road accidents and fatalities by 50% by 2020. In India because of lack of awareness and importance of safety, rate of accidents are more. As per report published by ministry of road and highway transport research wing, government of India on road accident, road accident were increased by 2.5%, in 2015.The analysis of road accident data 2015 reveals that about 57 accidents and loss of 17 lives on average happen every hour. Last century had seen lot of technological advances with regards to safety and comfort especially for passenger vehicles. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) covers safety, environment, emission and efficiency. Because of ADAS accidents were reduced by 40%. However no major changes were occurred in technology protecting rather preventing accidents happening because of tire bursting.

Active Anti Tire Bursting is a system which includes modification in rim, such that temperature of air inside the tire is not allowed to increase beyond certain temperature (temperature at which tire bursts) thus it will reduce possibility of tire bursting to 0% and increase tire life by minimizing wear occurring due to rise in temperature. Fluid flow (Fluent) was carried out with CAD model of anti-Active Tire bursting system. Results show that temperature of air was reduced by 32k.
