Energy For The Future

The idea is to use energy stored in rocks at very deep levels in the ground minimum 30,000'. Water will at this level pick up the heat by passing fine cavities from one hole going down to one hole going up. The new shale oil drilling technique will provide efficient methods also for water instead of oil. Whereas the ground is at the same level for the water to get in as it comes out plus the heating will help the pumping up, the pumping requirement will be small. The water coming up can be sent to a steam turbine for electrical generation, for district heating, for electrical production with Peltier elements, to cooling purposes by heat pump or other energy requiring processes before returning to the hot rock in the ground. It can be used for a long time before moving to another production site.
