The Mondo Spider is a ride-on walking machine propelled via eight steel legs in a walking motion utilizing the Klann Linkage.

The first power source was two petrol two stoke engines (150cc) one is for right four legs and another is for left four legs. the power transmission from the engines to the legs will be done by chain drives provided for each leg. controlling of this robot is very easy and it walks farward, backward and takes turn just like an excavater.The vehicle has a carrying capacity of one person and a maximum speed of around 4 feet per second (1.2 m/s), a "brisk walking speed". it was made in just 45 days(March & April-2014) as a final project of mechanical engineering to submitt in the college.
