My project is called Anti-Explosion Tire System (AETS) . The AETS is a system for preventing tires from exploding while driving cars and hence saving the lives of passengers and drivers. AETS consists of 2 components. Fig 1 shows component 1 and fig 2 shows component 2. One outside tire like fig 1 and the other component is inside the tire valve like fig 2.
In fig 1 there's an ultrasonic unit built into the front tire bumper and if there's an obstacle in front of the car tire like big hump or small steel nuts the rays will return back to ultrasonic. If the obstacle is a small one which showed in black lines the ultrasonic unit gives signal to ECU which gives signal to electronic power steering to make steering oil to go from one side to the other side to make little push to the steering arm and tire tilting away from that small obstacle.
If the obstacle is a big one which showed in red lines the ultrasonic unit gives signal to ECU which gives warning buzzer to the driver dashboard.
I want to explain that fig 2 is depending on the scientific equation that there's a direct relationship between the gas pressure and the gas temperature.
The tire valve will have a built-in temp. sensor to detect the temp. inside the tire and also the tire valve will have a built-in an electric relay.
If the temp. sensor detect that there's a high temp. inside the tire and the pressure inside the tire increases so to preventing tire explosion there will be feedback signal to ECU to electric relay which push the needle of tire valve to be opened making the extra air to escape from the tire to the atmosphere all this showed in black lines.
If the temp. sensor detect that there's too much temp. decreased in the tire it will be feedback signal to ECU which give warning buzzer in driver dashboard all this showed in red lines.
Finally if AETS is applied to every cars in our world, I think that we will save many people's lives from death.
