The Electron Exciter employs an arc that can ignite the nitrogen, oxygen, and other gases in the air with the result being a bright white light. This light is produced with less than 2,500 watts at the secondary with 13 amps, 3 phase at the primary.

This arc, though low in amperage and wattage, is no doubt the most powerful Electron Exciter in the world. When the electrons pass through the air from one electrode to the other, the power from the arc can heat, treat, vaporize, ignite steam, convert atomized water to gas (hydrogen, oxygen), separate precious metals from pulverized ore, melt precious metals, and expose gold and other precious metals from sand that bears these metals.

The temperature of the arc is very low, less than 2,500 watts. However, when something is put into the arc the electrons will cause the object to rapidly heat resulting in the treating, heating, vaporizing, etc. We have not been able to find an instrument capable of measurement and so we do not know how high the temperatures can reach.

In our experimentation with the arc, we have found various methods of working with precious metals. These methods have enabled us to extract and refine metals in ways not previously possible.

We have learned that with the Electron Exciter Arc (arc) gold that has been processed to 70% to 80% pure can simply be melted in the arc. When melted and dropped into cooled water or oil, this gold has been tested to be 97% to 98% pure.

The gold that has been processed to 70% to 80% pure still contains dross. It normally takes a number or processes to get it to 97% or 98% pure. By melting it with the arc, we can bypass the other refining steps.

In addition, when weighing the gold before and after it is processed by the arc, there is very little weight difference. This means that some of the gold normally lost in the dross is recaptured from the melting process. This draws the micro particles of gold into the liquid gold that is being melted in the arc.

This method of refining or processing gold, and possibly other precious metals, is a yield increase of 10% to 28% never before possible.

We have discovered a number of other methods to extract precious metals out of rock, tailings, quartz rock, etc. The quartz rock can be put into the arc. This causes the quartz to heat up. When it gets hot enough, we quench it in water. The layers in the quartz rock separate and the gold is release and extracted.

The same methods of using the arc for extracting precious metals such as gold, platinum, silver, iridium, osmium, palladium, etc. out of different materials would be unlimited.
