The concept I am putting is to solve the problem of traffic accidents and congestion created due to accidents. According to WHO research, more than 1.27 million die due to traffic accidents globally every year. This problem is worst in countries where roads are not properly maintained. Most of the people die because they do not get proper medical attention. The main reason is that an ambulance cannot reach the injured due to the traffic created by accidents. Traffic lights in this case can be very helpful as they can help in diverting the traffic or stopping the vehicles around a particular perimeter. But what happens if there is no traffic light near the accident or how can a traffic light know about the accident?
What problem does my design idea solve?
My concept solves the above problem. My concept helps a flying traffic robot solve this problem. The main idea is to make the traffic light movable so that it can reach the accident site.
in normal conditions it will work as a simple a traffic light. The design contains a simple traffic light with two rotating blades to help it in flying. Also it contains a camera from where people sitting in the control can see the condition of normal view or the accident view. When there is a report of an accident the control room will move the nearest traffic light to reach the accident site using the camera and remote control. Using the camera they can see the whole site, thereby make their decision properly like diverting the traffic and stopping the vehicles far from the accident. The other advantage of this is that they can also work as traffic policeman.
The current traffic lights are non movable. Also a big advantage of this concept is they can be moved anywhere like flyover.
