The invention concerns an electrodynamic loudspeaker driver for the reproduction of low frequencies in mid air, dust, gas or liquid.
It consists of a hollow membrane (1) whose faces (1a and b) are spaced apart and joined by a spacer (2) through the internal engine (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) inserted in a housing (11). The membrane is actuated by a coil (4), operating in the air gap (8), whose support (3) placed next to it. The mobile assembly (1, 2, 3, 4) is attached to the housing (11) by a centering (9) and by a double suspension device (10 a and b).
The device of the invention is particularly intended to be used for low frequency reproduction or cabinet mounted flat panel.
