A group of specially desinged batteries, a robotic arm and new sensor networks are joined to on-site wind generation or other renewable energy generation method that will allow grain elevators in small communities to create affordable, reliable power available to their central city business locations. The use of existing grain silo space to protect and concentrate the batteries creates the opportunity for inconsistant power to be used and stored as reliable supply, without long transmission lines. The battery design requires size and shaping consideration along with the electrical connections in unaccessable areas. Used batteries can be reconditioned or used for other less intensive uses.
