A Zero Degree Turning Building Periphery Dispenser, an inexpensive method and process improvement for dispensing liquid sealer and liquid tar or any heavy mixed liquidized compound around the base and edge of a home or business structure’s foundation.

Currently, problems exists associated with the expensive heavy equipment nozzle sprayer applicator due to: (1) the unintended excessive over-spray from the gasoline generator powered pressure nozzle directing liquid sealer and liquid tar around the structure base and edge, and (2) the gasoline generator directs pressure forcing out liquid sealer and liquid tar through a wand sprayer nozzle which accumulates residual liquid sealer or liquid tar buildup that causes high equipment failure rates due to a clogged up nozzle port.

Eliminating problematic over-spraying and clogged up nozzle port equipment failures, the present inexpensive Zero Degree Turning Building Periphery liquid sealer or liquid tar dispenser and method comprises 4 wheels - 2 smaller pivoting zero degree turning front wheels, and 2 larger side wheels - (1) on left side and (1) on right side attached to a barrel dolly undercarriage with extended push or pull handle with stabilizer bars connected to barrel dolly left and right sides; barrel dolly supports 1 plastic or metal removable, throwaway drum 30 or 55 gallons having a top portal for liquid sealer or liquid tar input, and a bottom portal for liquid sealer or liquid tar output; PVC pipe connected to an elbow extending from bottom portal with connecting gate valve for manually regulating on/off liquid sealer or liquid tar dispensing controls.
