I am building a gyroplane that will run on water. By using the altenator at 220volts to separate the water into hydrogen and oxygen I will then remix them to run the engine in other words I will design a fuel cell produce what I need when I need it. Then I wont have to worry about storing hydrogen or oxygen so I wont have to deal with goverment intrusion and it will be a simple matter of filling up with water, salt water clean water tap, any type of water. So that means occasionally cleaning the fuel cell.
It's all in the design of the fuel cell with 220 volts. I can arc a lot of hydrogen and oxygen into reallity as slow or fast as I want. And by useing 100hp 3 clyinder 2 stroke engine 50 gals of water will go a long way.
