The Power Sink can be a stand alone unit or retro fitted into dams. Can also be fixed in a array. The Power Sink takes the effluent of a dams intake and uses the energy in the flow of water to create a vortex at the end of unit where a sphere (rotor) is set in a spin below a suspended stator to produce and realize lost energy that has left the dam.
