Automatic Maintenance Monitoring Control System (AMMCS)
Maintenance Monitoring Control concept is an external sub-system for monitoring overall system performance and should be integrated within the facility voice and data communications, radar data processing (RDP) and flight data processing (FDP) for each Area Control Facilities (ACF). The system employs a station removal mechanism to isolate failures from the network and adapt versatile services to support and maintain the continuing safe operation of the various system elements. In order to minimize the impact of devastating network failure a built-in test and error detection elements will be utilized. Recovery from momentary failures is also provided. A typical AMMCS is shown:

This idea is prepared as a result of experiences obtained from engineering applications in the areas of aeronautical and industrial organizations. The benefits and technological reasons are to increase safety, reduce maintenance cost and operational expances. The plan is assign to be implemented for the aeronautical application, air traffic control systems, as well as industry with appropriate capabilities. Air Traffic Control (ATC) facilities, airports and remote control monitoring stations around the globe are utilizing particular kind of RMMC systems. This plan will improve significantly the navigation aid, surveillance systems, and correctness; increase reliability and safety of navigation and aviation facilities.
Maintenance Monitoring Control system is flexible in implementation and can be applied to many industries from production of oil and gas, water quality and waste management plants, power generation and the transition and distribution of electrical energy, pharmaceutical companies, Oil refineries, government and secure banking industry, and private sectors. The computer architecture technique MMCS can effectively increase efficiencies safety of operation, reduce cost and eliminate hazardous disaster. For oil refineries and processing of crude oil, the application requires constant monitoring the chemical processing and distribution and separation of different components. Tank gagging leak detection and environmental monitoring must be recorded and controlled. The inspection of the leak valves of OIL processing can be automatically controlled and reported by the design and implementation of MMCS
Consider it as a very critical safety issue, and save billions losses.
