Non-transparent vertical posts on each side of the front windshield of automobiles, and on each side of the rear window of automobiles, obstruct the view of drivers when going forward and when backing up.
This obstruction may be eliminated with the use of vertical
posts constructed of heavy-duty transparent plastic material
which is as strong as or stronger than non-transparent material presently used in the vertical posts. This design
would eliminate any dangerous blind spots for automobiles
or any other vehicular equipment used for transportation,
construction or operational purposes;and would greatly improve the safety of all vehicular equipment.

Non-transparet vertical posts in airplanes could also be replaced by similar heavy-duty transparent plastic material which would eliminate some blind spots exprienced by flight
crews in flight, during take-off,approach and landing and on the airport when taxiing or awaiting instructions.
