This is an intelligent bend machine for steel rod and wire that detect the bend error (spring effect) and automatically makes the correction.
The machines have a wireless system that can communicate with all the computers in the factory, sending and receiving information about the process in real time, and instruction of the work and the dates. All hardware and software was development by us. The machines have a microcontroller with algorithms made to accord a non linear mechanical system and will automatically correct the bend error. Equipped with a biometric identificator only to authorized user.
